Schooner EXACT began as the brain child of Marcus Connery and Matt McClung who as they were homebrewing thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if we could do this all the time?” They quickly got Heather on board and off we were to many nanobrewing adventures. We brewed on a 1/2 bbl (1 keg) system for 2 years developing our reputation in the Seattle area. In 2009, we expanded our system to a 1o bbl and once it was running, had to move locations. 2010 has been good to us as we are finally settled in our location on 1st Ave S in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle and have recently opened our tasting room on Fridays and Saturdays (3-7, 12-7 respectively). With our new, expanded staff be on the lookout for us in more of your favorite alehouses and restaurants.
